Bartender/mixologist

**Job Title**: Bartender / Mixologist
**Location**: Manthan Bar & Restaurant
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the bar, following standard procedures.
- Stagger beverages and organize beer fridge efficiently.
- Handle bar stock pickups and maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain daily bar book and prepare bar indent for store pickups.
- Have thorough knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and hard beverages.
- Invent new cocktails and mocktails to enhance the beverage menu.
- Dispense beverages accurately with proper garnishing and presentation.
- Follow LIFO & FIFO principles for stock usage and rotation.
- Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, minimizing wastage.
- Report daily updates, issues, and feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure timely and proper closing of the bar as per operational standards.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
