Bartender/Mixologist

Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Location: Manthan Bar & Restaurant

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the bar, following standard procedures.
• Stagger beverages and organize beer fridge efficiently.
• Handle bar stock pickups and maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain daily bar book and prepare bar indent for store pickups.
• Have thorough knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and hard beverages.
• Invent new cocktails and mocktails to enhance the beverage menu.
• Dispense beverages accurately with proper garnishing and presentation.
• Follow LIFO & FIFO principles for stock usage and rotation.
• Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, minimizing wastage.
• Report daily updates, issues, and feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure timely and proper closing of the bar as per operational standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
