**Responsibilities**:
Specific Responsibilities will include:

- Develop structural plans and specifications for building projects, including calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective.
- Perform structural analysis.
- Ensure that designs comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Calculate quantity take offs, prepare BOQ's etc.

**Job Qualifications**

Extensive experience in early design phases such as concept design, schematic design and also a good grip on design development and working drawing stages Strong conceptual, graphic and design skill On-site observation experience.
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
