**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Fields**Experience**:

- 5+ yrs.**Software Skills**:

- Expertise in AutoCAD and CADWorx
- Navisworks
- Microsoft Suite
- Autodesk Inventor/Solidworks/Tekla is an added advantage
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro/RISA 3D/Ansys is an added advantage
- Prepare 3d models, 2d drawings and layouts, specifications and material take-offs of Structural Steel buildings. Equipment support Platforms, Pipe Rack’s, Pipe Supports, Access Platforms, Miscellaneous Steel and Related Foundation and Reinforcements Etc.
- Strong knowledge in developing steel connections per codes and best practices
- Prepare General Arrangements/Design Drawings with all design information captured from the structural analysis
- Ability to Read and Understand Structural Analysis reports/Files
- Responsible for developing designs for complete and complex engineering systems, structures and plant arrangements
- Plans and executes the presentation of arrangements in graphic form or in detailed scale models
- Reviews and checks design models, drawings, and design documents for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality, constructability, and satisfactory completion
- Receives mínimal supervision on unusual or difficult problems, and general review of all aspects or work
- Comprehensive knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawing, CAD/graphics, computer model work, and reading of drawings
- Knowledge of Civil/Structural Building Code fundamentals
- Ability to coordinate with other disciplines and anticipate needs related to available space, maintenance requirements for the equipment
- Knowledge of structural analysis and Foundation design per American codes is an added advantage
- Knowledge of connection design (Hand Calculations/FEA) is an added advantage
