Fusion TechLab is a reputed website development service provider that offers full-featured, secure, and attractive websites to global customers. We provide seasonal discounts and have experience in developing simple business websites, recharge websites, shopping sites, blogs, etc.

**Role Description**

Fusion TechLab is looking for a full-time Telemarketer (website process) to join our team in Kolkata. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to generate interest in our website development services. You will also be responsible for answering questions about our services and forwarding them to the account management team for follow-up. This is an on-site role in Kolkata.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations
- Ability to learn and understand technical information about our website development services
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up on leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,139.24 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
