**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our website services and assess their needs.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our website solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying informed about industry trends.
- Collect and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for further discussion and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive calling efforts.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information regarding pricing, packages, and service details.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
- Address client concerns and objections, providing suitable solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of competitors and market trends to effectively position our services in the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients over the phone and build rapport.
- Basic understanding of website services and digital marketing concepts.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
