**Key Requirements**

**Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter data from various sources, such as project forms, surveys, and field observations, into the designated database or spreadsheet system.
- Conduct regular data verification and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.

**Data Cleaning**:

- Regularly review and clean data, eliminating duplications and errors to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records related to the project, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

**Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project team members to collect data and ensure
smooth data flow between field teams and the central database.
- Provide data support for project evaluations, research studies, and impact assessments, as directed by the project coordinator.
- Assist in training project staff and field workers on data collection tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to data standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Propose and implement improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to all data protection policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Education**:
Graduate/ Masters/ diploma or equivalent qualification; additional
certification in data entry or computer skills is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in data entry (2-3 years) and database management is preferred, especially in projects related to education, health and livelihood.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, database software, and data entry tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification and validation.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively
coordinate with team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in contributing to the mission of the non-profit organization.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
