**Role: MIS Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's management information systems strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring its effectiveness.

2. Manage and supervise all aspects of MIS operations, including system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Utilise financial expertise to monitor and optimise the financial aspects of MIS, including budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis for information systems investments.

5. Evaluate the organisation's existing MIS infrastructure and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.

6. Act as a liaison between the MIS department and external vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring effective coordination and support for external systems and services used by the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- 1 years of progressive experience in MIS or related field, demonstrating a strong track record of success in system development, management, and optimization.
- Profound technical expertise in database management, business intelligence tools, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven capability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team toward achieving common goals.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹9,796.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
