**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** for management.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple departments (operations, sales, finance).
- Build dashboards and trackers to monitor business and operational KPIs.
- Automate reports and streamline processes using **Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)**.
- Ensure **data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission** of reports.
- Assist management in analyzing business trends and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements.
- Handle **ad-hoc reporting** and data requirements from stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros)**.
- Working knowledge of **SQL, Power BI, or Tableau** will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
