An Edtech Company k12, looking for **Motion Graphic Designer**

Job Location**:New Delhi**

**Motion Graphics Design**:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visually stunning motion graphics for online campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling motion graphic content.

**Creative Design**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and materials.

**Understanding of Marketing**:

- Stay abreast of marketing trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Translate marketing goals into visually compelling and effective design solutions.

**Social Media Visual Creation**:

- Develop eye-catching visuals for social media platforms that align with the brand and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content for various campaigns.
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and user experience.

**Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**:

- Utilize Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality static and dynamic visuals.
- Stay updated on the latest features and tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and web development, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

**Key Qualifications**:
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills: -**

1. Proven experience in motion graphics design and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visual content.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
