**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tenders Executive to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This crucial role is instrumental in coordinating and managing the tender process, ensuring that our initiatives align with the company's goals and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Coordination & Management**:

- Lead and manage activities supporting the Sales Support department in filing Tenders/E-Tenders.
- Ensure adherence to company standards throughout the tender process.
- **Tender Research & Preparation**:

- Conduct comprehensive searches for Tenders, including IT tenders.
- Prepare Quotations, Offers, and Bid submissions.
- Manage the online bidding and e-tendering process.
- **Follow-Up & Documentation**:

- Track tender and bid submissions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle filing, documentation, order, and supply follow-ups.
- Monitor and follow up on payment processes.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with government departments and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience in GEM tenders to enhance our tender submissions.
- **Performance Management**:

- Achieve monthly tender targets.
- Maintain the desired gross margin.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong command of Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in tender management, bidding processes, or a similar role.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and refine your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to our strategic objectives in tender management and business growth.

Pay: ₹10,194.54 - ₹20,000.45 per month
