Groww was founded in 2016 by alums from Flipkart, ICICI, IITB, IITD, BITs Pilani and is, backed by marquee investors like Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Captial, and Y Combinator. **OUR VALUES** - We take pride in our values and hold ourselves to a high standard on: - Radical customer centricity - Simplicity in our products and personalities - Transparency on everything - Long term thinking - Ownership driven culture **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital, and brand design. - Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies - Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner - Direct and supervise creative from concept through execution along with the Copy team - Manage deliverables and the design team. Collaborate across various teams to achieve the marketing goals - Provide clear creative direction, motivation, and inspiration to the design team - Work on design strategies that are insightful and stimulate good work - Enforce brand guidelines across all internal & external departments including businesses, marketing, acquisition, PR, etc. - Experience in both mainline & digital creative thinking would be preferred - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas - Knowledge about investing will be a plus **Job Requirement** - 6-8 years of experience in copywriting for advertising, digital, and social. Can look at financial brands from a fresh angle. - 1-2 years of experience leading a team - Strong sense of creative storytelling, content writing, user experience, and marketing and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media - Experience balancing strategy and copy, leading and managing a team of copywriters and other stakeholders. - Ability to thrive as a collaborator/co-creator - willing to shape ideas as well as build on the ideas of others. - Good sense of brand guideline - Project Management - Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work
