You’ll collaborate with art directors, creative directors,and strategists to bring ideas to life across all mediums.Key Responsibilities● Develop creative concepts, taglines, and campaign ideas across print, digital, TVCs, andsocial media.● Write scripts for ads, brand films, and digital content that capture emotion and driveimpact.● Adapt content into regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam) while keeping thetone and context intact.● Collaborate closely with designers, filmmakers, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.● Maintain consistency of brand voice across all platforms.● Lead and mentor junior writers when required.● Stay updated with pop culture, regional trends, and language nuances.Requirements● Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting at a creative agency, production house, ordigital marketing firm.● Strong command over one or more of the following languages:● English● Kannada● Telugu● Malayalam● Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.● Ability to think visually and write for multiple media formats.● Familiarity with local culture, idioms, and expressions.● A portfolio that shows creative range and originality.Bonus Points For● Scriptwriting experience in ad films or short content.● Understanding of social media tone and trends.● Multilingual writing ability.What We Offer● A creative space that values ideas over hierarchy.● Exposure to major brands and campaigns across India.● Opportunities to collaborate on national and regional ad films.● Competitive pay and creative freedom.
