Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician (L4 Level)

Location: GoEasyRepair Service Centre, New Delhi

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, repair and service all types of mobile phones, including Apple, Samsung, Nokia, LG, etc.
- Replace front glass, back glass, and LCD screens on various mobile phone models
- Identify, troubleshoot and repair complex issues such as motherboard issues, charging port defects, water damage, etc.
- Perform software updates, firmware upgrades, and data transfers
- Offer technical advice and guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on mobile phones
- Order and maintain an inventory of parts and equipment
- Keep up to date with the latest mobile phone technology trends and developments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair and maintenance
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification
- In-depth knowledge of various mobile phone models and operating systems
- Proficient in the use of various mobile phone repair tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
