**Job Overview**:
As an Architect at SPPL, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all regulations. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality architectural solutions that align with our company’s standards and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create and develop architectural designs that are innovative, functional, and aligned with project goals and client expectations.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the architectural aspects of projects, including planning, design, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice and recommendations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other professionals to integrate various systems into the architectural design.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD software and other design tools.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any design-related issues.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials to enhance the environmental performance of projects.

**Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials to bring innovative ideas to the projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: 10 to 15 years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
- **Skills**:
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Pay: ₹25,891.07 - ₹59,121.53 per month
