Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about institute programs and encouraging enrollment.
- Explain the benefits of our courses and programs to potential students, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Achieve and exceed set targets for student enrollment through effective tele sales techniques.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them regularly.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills to engage with potential students.
- Work towards meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Provide timely and accurate information to prospective students about the admission process, courses, and other relevant details.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a 12th pass / Graduate degree.
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role (1 year preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging personality.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work in a competitive environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
