**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Daily Client Meetings & Motivating associates and making new associates.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing guidance, conducting property tours, and negotiating terms.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents to facilitate real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and property listings.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
