Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Maintain and update records, databases, and files as required. Ensure all information is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes. Act as a liaison between departments for internal communication.
- **Processing Orders & Invoices**: Handle order processing, invoice management, and follow up on payments or documentation.
- **Database Management**: Ensure proper management of the company’s data, including updating and storing relevant documents, spreadsheets, and records in databases or filing systems.
- **Reporting**: Assist in generating regular reports for the management team, including performance metrics, progress reports, and status updates on tasks.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
- **Customer & Vendor Support**: Handle backend queries, assist customers and vendors with order or shipment tracking, and resolve minor issues as needed.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or backend role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9.30 am to 6 pm.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
