**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Record and deliver messages as needed.
- Maintain call logs and update telephone directories.
- Handle emergency or urgent calls efficiently.
- Provide information about services, policies, or directions when required.
**Skills Required**:
- Clear and pleasant telephone voice
- Good command of English (and local languages)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer and data entry skills
**Qualification & Experience**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a telephone operator, receptionist, or in a customer service role is an advantage
