As a Graphic Ad Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective advertising materials across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging ad designs that effectively communicate our brand message and drive user engagement. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize ad campaigns that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- **Visual Branding**: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all ad materials, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- **Graphic Design**: Develop graphic elements, illustrations, and layouts for ads, ensuring high-quality and impactful visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt designs for various digital platforms and screen sizes, optimizing for mobile and desktop viewing experiences.
- **A/B Testing**: Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives to optimize performance and conversion rates, iterating on designs based on data-driven insights.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver ad designs within specified deadlines, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and developers, to ensure cohesive execution of ad campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative ad designs and digital marketing materials.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and design best practices.
