**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for various advertising campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts.
- Understand project requirements and conceptualize visuals based on them.
- Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.
- Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Strong understanding of visual composition and design principles.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,600.00 per month
