**Position**: Outreach Officer or Mobilizer
**Location**: Guna (Madhya Pradesh) and Amravati (Maharashtra)
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Contractual
**Reporting to**:Ops. Manager

**Salary**:18k to 25k (CTC)

**Age limit: 18 to 40**

**Qualification**:High school diploma (12th pass). And diploma or degree in social work, community development, human resources, or a related field.

**Experience**:2-3+ years of experience in mobilization or outreach, especially for skilling, vocational training, or social development programs. Experience in working with underserved or rural communities is highly valued.

**Role and Responsibility**:
Primarily focuses on on-the-ground activities like community engagement and recruitment of participants for specific programs. Mobilizers often work more directly with individuals, families, or small groups within communities to encourage participation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to connect with local communities, educational institutions, and other organizations to spread awareness.
- Develop relationships with local leaders, influencers, and community groups to encourage participation in the program.
- Conduct orientations, counseling sessions, and one-on-one discussions to motivate and guide participants.

Coordinate with the team to arrange and participate in job fairs, workshops, or information sessions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
