**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update data science training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure that training content is up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and online.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Provide practical, hands-on experience with data science tools and techniques.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees, addressing their individual learning needs and career goals.
- Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback and additional resources as needed.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to measure trainees' knowledge and skills.
- Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement in the training program.
- **Industry Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with industry developments and collaborate with industry experts to ensure the relevance and quality of the training program.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in data science, with a strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional or academic setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with data science libraries and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in data science.

Pay: ₹15,999.31 - ₹50,972.93 per month
