Job Summary

SecForgTek Solutions is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Data Science / Business Analyst Trainer to deliver a 20-day intensive training program for college students. The trainer will guide students through hands-on learning in data analysis, visualization, and AI tools, culminating in a capstone project.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging sessions on:
  • Advanced Excel
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Python for Data Analysis
  • AI tools and techniques
  • Teach core concepts of Data Science and Business Analytics
  • Mentor students through real-world datasets and case studies
  • Guide students in planning and executing their capstone projects
  • Provide feedback and support throughout the training period
  • Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with industry standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Preferred: Master's degree or certifications in Data Science / Business Analytics

Experience

  • Prior experience as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst is a strong advantage
  • Experience in academic or corporate training preferred

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in:
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
  • Power BI (DAX, Visualizations)
  • Tableau (Dashboards, Calculated Fields)
  • Python (Pandas, NumPy, Visualization)

  • Data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
