- Travel Claims Assistance_

- Responsibilities_
- _Examine travel documents, medical treatment records, medical bills, etc. to determine claim denial, settlement, or review_
- _Compare data on the claim form with the protection plan to ascertain the completeness and validity of the claim_
- _Examines claim form and other records to confirm coverage_
- _Proactively works to resolve the claim as expeditiously as possible_
- _Reviews and analyzes detailed medical records_
- _Calculates reimbursement of benefits according to the schedule of coverage_
- _Accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Incrementally increase productivity without jeopardizing quality._
- _Provide recommendation post assessing a claim for payment, denial or incomplete information_
- _Ability to work in ambiguous situations, to be able to join the dots while evaluating a claim, if required be proactive in searching the web for obtaining more clarity on claims information e.g., medical terms, conditions, etc._
- _Handle varied volumes of workloads and reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Comprehension, decision making, multi-tasking, strong written communication and customer service skill/attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Responsible for handling varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Works on special projects and tasks as assigned_
- _Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
- _Display energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job_
- _Other duties as assigned_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications / skills_
- _Relevant work experience in US Travel claims processing_
- _Any graduate except technical_

- Preferred qualifications/skills_
- _US Travel claim Insurance experience preferred_
- _Medical claim specialists/examiner experience preferred_
- _Reviews and analyses detailed medical records for accuracy and completeness_
- _Writes clearly, concisely, and effectively_
- _Computer literate_
- _Good comprehensive and decision-making skills_
- _Proficient in the English language - both written and verbal_
- _Detail-oriented_
- _Ability to multi-task. Manages time effectively_
