**Job Title**: Graphic Designer (Portfolio Link Required)
**Location**: C 17-18, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow - UP 226010
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in graphic design (Portfolio submission is mandatory)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for web, social media, print, branding, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with project goals
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and media
- Edit and retouch images and graphics as required
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Receive and incorporate feedback into design iterations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical capabilities across various design formats
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to think creatively and deliver original concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- UI/UX design exposure or familiarity with responsive web design principles
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory)
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams
