Job summary

Retail Business Services (RBS):
Roles And Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of products; improve processes and reduce discrepancies
- Work with various internal/External teams (e.g. Retail, BA teams) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect catalog management/selection addition workflows
- Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations
- Ensure high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization

Key Performance Areas
- To Dive deep and understand different downstream systems and processes that impact customer buying decision
- Identify root causes for selection addition defects, work with category SMEs WW and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and and identify opportunities for Automation.
- Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
- Use Tableau and SQL to create dashboards by task, analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions.

Key job responsibilities
- Owns dive deeps on critical areas of selection addition process and drives process improvements initiatives
- Leveraging tech first approach in order to lean the existing process
- Drive stakeholder engagement with qualitative analysis on weekly trends

About the team

RBS - Selection Sourcing team is a part of SD&A org (Selection, Discoverability and Availability) strives to ensure customers has access wide range of selection from top brands across all product lines world wide.
- Minimum 4-6 years work experience with at least 1-2 years in program or project management
- Has experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility
- Ability to deliver results by influencing team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent soft skills to work with multiple business teams.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
- Expertise in SQL
