**Job Description**:
1. Discharge patient files to be dispatched to MRD. In case of corporate/TPA patients the files with all the reports have to reach the Billing within 12 hours of discharge.

2. Preparing discharge summaries

3. Making calls to doctors on patient visits and maintaining the referrals check list in close coordination with the nurses.

4. To cross check and ensure that the rooms are made ready before the admission of any patient, in close coordination with the House Keeping supervisor.

5. To maintain the patient check list on daily basis.

6. To update the notice boards, present in the wards in close coordination with the nurses.

7. Indenting medical and non-medical stock that is required in the wards will also include the linen, housekeeping and all other items that are used in the wards.

8. Maintaining an inventory of all capital items, both medical and non-medical on a monthly basis.

9. Attending all telephone calls that come to the ward.

10. Online entries for doctor visits and CSSD items.

11. Work in close coordination with the doctors and nurses

12. Drug returns for all discharge patients to be sent to the pharmacy a day before the discharge.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
