**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Explain course details to inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Manage phone inquiries by providing information about courses and opportunities offered by the organization.
- Gather customer information and relevant data.
- Preferably fluent in Hindi, English, Gujrati, or any other regional language (Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil).
- Conduct daily new and follow-up calls with inquiries.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Ideally, have 6+ months of experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, BPO, or Outbound Telesales.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Comfortable and confident in phone communication.
- Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor with customers.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
