**Location**: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
**Job Overview**:
Managing site accounts and Books. site administration. Maintaining all accounts and financial records. Check internal accounting records such as vouchers, invoices, receipts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Control the site's petty cash, distribute the financial flow according to the project's needs, and settle it with the financial Department.
- Ensure that the financial claims are matching with the sub-contractor’s accountant.
- Handling day-to-day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills receivables & payable.
- Handling petty cash maintenance.
- Handling supplier bill payments.
- Files management & knowledge of labour payments.
- Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.
- Review weekly timesheets, along with the accounting group.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in working in accounts department.
- Experience with relevant industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software and Tally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with fax machines and printers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
