**Profile - Production Engineer**

**Qualification - B.Tech - Civil**

Salary - Upto 8 LPA

**Experience - Min. 7+ yrs construction industry (min. 2 yrs. exp. in pre cast production)**

**Location - Bangalore**

**1. Production Planning and Management**

Develop Production Schedules: Plan and oversee the production schedule to ensure that precast elements are manufactured on time and meet project deadlines.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to optimize production efficiency.

Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and plan for future requirements to meet anticipated demand

Implement Quality Standards: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of precast elements to detect and rectify any defects.

Continuous Improvement: Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality.

Improve Production Processes: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Technology Integration: Integrate new technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities.
