Hiring Position - QA Executive

Job Location - Factory premises, karakapatla(vil.), Siddipet (dist.), RR.

Experience - 1-2 years of experience in Analytical assurance/validations, in IPQA, Stability monitoring.

**Job Description**:

- The Executive QA shall report duty to the Manager-QA and is responsible for coordinating with other departments as well as planning the day to day activities in the department in co-ordination with executives.
- Responsible for Document control cell, review of documents, draft circulation and finalization to prepare master documents.
- To coordinate for validation activities, compile necessary records for the same.
- Responsible for all QA activities.
- Responsible for issuing Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record.
- To monitor the compliance of standard operating procedure.
- Responsible for Line clearance in production and Packing line.
- In-process sampling release activities.
- To monitor the IPQA activities, review and report to the Manager-QA
- To review and approve the Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record
- Responsible for investigation of Market complaint.
- Has the responsibility to ensure that appropriate validations for process, analytical methods, and equipment are performed and reports of validations prepared
- To organize review meeting and document their actions and corrective measures implemented for GMP requirements
- Responsible for implementation of GMP requirements
- Responsible for vendor assurance/qualification and supplier auditing
- He has the responsibility to ensure that deviations, failures, non-conformance's out-of-specification results and customer complaints are investigated and corrective action taken.
- Responsible for GMP training for all the employees
- Responsible for Batch review and Batch Release.
- Responsible for implementation of GMP and ensure the regulatory compliance
- Responsible for Risk Management process, CAPA system
- To get the customer feedback and customer satisfaction
- To coordinate for validation activities, compile necessary records for the same
- Responsible for Product Quality Review
- To co-ordinate with local FDA for new license and renewal of license
- Ensure specification and test report compliance of product.
