**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative (English + Tamil/Kannada/Telugu)
**Location**: Tharamani, Chennai
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil/Kannada/Telugu.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Provide information to customers about company products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
**Shift timing**:10 am to 7 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹222,000.00 - ₹282,000.00 per year
