**Job Role - Interior Site Supervisor** **Responsibilities**: - Supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites to ensure smooth execution. - Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of - work. - Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design - specifications. - Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and resources at the site. - Maintain proper site documentation including daily work reports and material usage. - Resolve on-site issues, escalate critical problems, and ensure timely solutions. - Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with company standards at the site. - Manage workforce, assign tasks, and track productivity. - Support project managers in achieving deadlines and quality standards. **Key Skills & Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out / site supervision. - Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution processes. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. - Flexibility to work as per site schedules (including weekends). - Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
