Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Oversee the seating arrangement, manage reservations, and maintain an organized flow of guests.
- Assist in creating a positive guest experience by providing personalized recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Supervise the performance of the waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and other front-of-house team members.
- Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they understand the restaurant's standards and procedures.
- Ensure that proper table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance meet the restaurant's standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Support the management in achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability.
- Assist in organizing special events and promotions, ensuring their smooth execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
