**Job Title: Social Media Manager (SMM) and Content Writer**

**Location:Kolhapur**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation
- Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns

**Content Writing**:

- Write compelling and engaging content for our website, social media platforms, blogs, brochures, marketing materials, etc
- Create content that aligns with our brand's voice and values
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and create content that reflects those trends
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content that complements written content

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content writing, preferably in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in social media management tools
- Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress or Squarespace
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with the team
