From creating periodic editorial calendars, using marketing to deliver our brand's message, you will be the link between our business and our users - current and prospective. You will determine the initiatives that work the best and amplify those to continue our growth.We at Filter Coffee are looking for someone who ensures a great outcome, wherein the social media presence will be measured based on agility and continuous data analysis; both quantitative and qualitative.Expected Responsibilities:Contribute to our marketing strategy by leveraging social media to acquire and retain customersMaintain research databases by identifying and assembling marketing informationDevelop current and long-term market forecasts via research, analysis of market dataDevelop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sourcesMeasure everything on social media, with data including consumer insights, feedback, questions, comments, concerns and much more; channel them back to product teams and complete the loop that builds what the customers wantEnsure you are driving the mechanism to capture social media communication and that can be translated into product improvementsWorking alongside marketing with product & business owners to ensure continuous customer connect via web presenceExpected Skills:2-4 Years experience in a similar role with a consumer facing organisation or B2C startup.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field from premier institute, and being agile w.r.t the ever changing social media landscapeDigitally and social media savvy and aware about the global and India FinTech trends.
