Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop Digital Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- **Manage Social Media Accounts**: Oversee and grow the company’s presence on key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with followers and track metrics to optimize performance.
- **SEO & SEM Optimization**: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO, and optimize the company’s website for search engine ranking improvements. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Develop compelling digital content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) aligned with our brand and target audience. Ensure the content is optimized for SEO.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with the sales, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and overall marketing initiatives.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**: Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead in the digital space.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing software.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
