**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:
Responsible for Engg. Stores/warehouse operations & documentation for all incoming and issuing materials in shift/General shifts for timely & smooth release as per SOP. Support to RM Warehouse as & when required.
**We count on you for**:

- To Assist Manager maintenance to run warehouse & logistics operations in routine manner followingall site HSE and QMS
- related guidelines
- Maintaining min inventory of Engineering Spares/Misc. Chem/Fuels etc.
- Issuing Purchase Requisitions based on stock/as per user requirements and monitoring issues
- Follow-up with Purchase, Vendor & Transporter for on time delivery.
- Receipt of materials as per guidelines in Purchase Order based on HSErequirements
- Documentation & system posting for Technical goods & spares/Fuels/STO receipts.
- Timely Closing of open returnable & non-returnable Gate passes on receipts atstores
- Maintaining FIFO method.
- Control over loading & unloading from site
- Monitoring on non-moving / slow moving / shelf life inventory as declared by supplychain.
- Documentation filing work.
- Housekeeping & 5S activities in Warehouse & nearby area.
- Report HSE observations/BBS in standard Format.
- Maintaining Stores/Warehouse related ISO 9000, 14001 and 45000Documentation.
- Follow GMP guidelines
- Support to RM warehouse as & when required.
- System improvements with IT/IS Dept. & its implementation.
- Arranging local transportation for shipments arranged locally ( urgent & specific Requirements of stores)
- Internal communication with Purchase
- Circulation & submission of input duty paying documents to Excise Executive for availingCREDITS
- Report any abnormalities to HOD, HSE department or Plant Manager as deem fit for thatoccasion

**HSE Responsibility**
- Implementation of Solvay Life Saving Rules
- Ensuring safe and clean environment in area under their supervision.
- Arrange department’s HSE meetings for discussions andcommunications
- Responsible and accountable for the HSE performance of own department andsite
- Keeping close control over the working of subordinates, workers anddrivers/cleaners.
- Information, instruction, training and motivation of subordinates in maintaining safety at work place.
- Provision and adequately maintaining the PPE and Enforcement of safety rules and use of PPE
- Recording, investigating all the accidents departmentally and identifying, potential environmental hazards, unsafe
- conditions/ near misses and reporting to the Departmental Head (S) / HSE department.
- Implementation of suggestions and recommendations.
- Giving feedback to their senior in HSE
