**Job Summary**

We are a leading biotech manufacturing company, specializing in the production of high-quality biotech equipment. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate tasks and projects across departments in a manufacturing environment, improve and document processes and assist in talent acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cross-Department Coordination**: Work with production, quality, logistics, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of objectives.
- **Project Support**: Assist in planning and executing operational projects, including process upgrades, equipment updates, and workflow improvements.
- **SOP Development**: Collaborate with team leads to create, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and support operations.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze production and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that enhance productivity.
- **Task Management**: Oversee and track daily operational tasks, ensuring production and support teams meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- **Training Programs**: Design and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and compliance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**:_
- **Bachelors degree**in a Science & Engineering related field.
- **MBA or postgraduate qualification** in Operations, Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
- **Experience**:_
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools or methodologies.
- Familiarity with SOP creation and project coordination is preferred.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
