**Overview of Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
A 66degrees Project Coordinator's responsibilities and duties are as follows:
- Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects.
- Liaise and coordinate between sales and delivery for hand-off sessions and ensure cohesiveness between business units and process steps.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions around new projects
- Track all current projects and coordinate all team members as needed to keep workflow efficient and timely.
- Responsible for the cohesive management of resource timecards, both timeliness and completeness
- Help track Google Cloud professional services budgets per each project statement of work alongside delivery management, and ensure alignment with the finance and accounting team.
- Track regular status updates of all Professional services projects, maintain effective communication with leadership to keep them aware of critical issues and action plans
- Responsible for status ownership mainly related to financials, timelines and resourcing alignment.
- Work in coordination with finance on reporting for project burn and resourcing allocations across all Professional services activities.
- Responsible for the development and upkeep of leadership business unit's key metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Continuously advocate for our customers and team
- Anything else that needs to be done that adds value to the business, our clients and your co-workers
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years relevant experience working as a Project Coordinator or equivalent experience with cloud technology implementations
- Unmatched analytical and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to translate requirements to system functionality
- Operations mindset, proactive bias for action to address inefficiency, and resolutions
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Solution-focused and ability diffuse high stake situations
- Familiarity with agile software management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Google Workspace)
- Previous Experience with Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure, networking, PaaS, big data) and/or CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with PSA toolset (SalesForce, FinancialForce) preferred.
