**Job Description : Transversal Functions Controller**

**Organisation : FIS R&D**

**Responsabilités**:

- Preparation and review of financial reports for assigned functions
- Ensure the follow up and monitor gross cost & margin per region
- Define P&L model & KPIs for PPIC functions & product line
- KPIs tracking link with number of protos, Tests, fixtures, MoDs etc.
- Tracking of TRM projects from finance point - Budget & actuals
- Communication with regions to provide insights on forecast & budget.
- Work closely with functional leaders to analyze and challenge the variances between the forecasted, budgeted and actual results.
- Evaluate risk & opportunities with timely escalations.
- Reconcile regional data with division consolidation file
- Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow up
- Perform other duties as assigned by central controlling team

**Qualifications**:

- CA, CMA or MBA Finance
- 5-7 yrs. prior experience as plant, program or R&D controller including financial closing tasks
- Good hands-on experience of MS packages & SAP (FICO)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, an in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Operate with a sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines
