**Job Description**:
Expense report will be audited by Audit and Compliance Team based on the Audit Criteria. Incase of any non-compliance found, track all the non-compliances in a separate spreadsheet and work with employees by sending reminders to get the required receipts and have this processed in SAP. T&E Posting will be done before the payment run for all the compliance trips so that the reimbursement will be included and paid to employees. Reminder Notices will be sent to all employees if they are not submitting the expenses in T&E Portal for greater than 30 / 45 / 60 & 65 days. Suspension of Cards will be done if they have not submitted the expenses which are aged greater than 60 days and the card will be reinstated, only after they fall under compliance. Reconciliation is being performed on a Monthly basis and share the open items report with respective controllers with the comments and also the reports will be uploaded in T-Recs tool. Once the report is being prepared, team will also work with respective stakeholders to clear the open items T&E Accruals is being performed on a Monthly basis and share the report to R2R team to upload them in SAP. Work with employees, Associate Operational Controller, Operational Controller and their teams on compliance and governance. Work with AP and GL Team internally on processes and systems. Link up with internal audit for internal control or audit purposes. Other transverse functions (SAP MDG and SAP FICO Team etc.)
