**Job description for DP Maths Teacher**

**Role Overview**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for DP Mathematics (AA and/or AI), incorporating IB frameworks and standards.
- wDevelop meaningful assessments and support students in Internal Assessments (IAs) and exam preparation.
- Foster inquiry, logical reasoning, and data-driven thinking through real-life contexts.
- Use technological tools like Desmos, GeoGebra, spreadsheets, and coding to enhance learning.
- Provide timely feedback and help students set academic goals aligned with IB expectations.
- Collaborate with department members on unit planning, moderation, and interdisciplinary learning.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in teaching DP Mathematics (AA or AI) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital fluency and ability to integrate technology effectively in the classroom.
- Empathetic, reflective, and solution-oriented mindset.
