**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**
The Executive would be responsible to play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. He/ She would be accountable to deliver the project on-time, in a safe manner and within the budget and providing regular updates to the management.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and deliver the Project including conceptual, basic engineering, detailed design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and execution on-time, within the scope and budget
- Defining projects scope, finalizing deliverables and timelines, planning on business readiness and communication strategy, and identifying suitable vendors/contractors for respective engineering discipline.
- Emphasis on accuracy of project costing and scheduling the execution plan with well-defined milestones of the project before launching of the activity at site
- Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle, i.e., requirements, alternative analysis, engineering, design, fabrication, testing, and implementation planning with the help of the team reporting into you
- Taking care of all regulatory, legal & statutory compliances, documentation, insurance policies etc. that are relevant for execution of the Project
- Generate and intimate higher up on project update on regular scheduled interval basis with cost details
- Lead plant improvement projects
- Execution of the projects and contractor management, safe and timely execution of the projects within the budget
- Vendor development for supply of projects item and equipment
- Transfer new products developed in the Lab scale to plant scale
- Train and develop employees in the department to continually upgrade their skill set
- Constantly strive to suggest, implement new methods techniques to increase overall project efficiency, working within the parameters of available resources
- Concurrent execution across multiple locations, resourcing for project planning and execution

**Qualification & Experience**:

- B.E/ B. Tech Mechanical/Chemical & M.E/ M.Tech Mechanical/Chemical with 18+ years of experience in Project Management of a Chemical manufacturing projects
- Age up to 50-52 years
- **Industry**: Chemicals/ Agrochemicals/ Pharma API
- Experience of managing end-to-end project lifecycle and capex
- Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield project is desired _(Experience in both will be an added advantage)_
- Proven leadership experience and demonstrated track record of delivering critical Greenfield and Brownfield batch process based chemical projects within timelines and cost
- Should have knowledge of the government rules and regulations on setting up a new facility
