**ROLE DEFINITION** The entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, and videos. **RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLES** - SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS & VIDEOS - OTHER DESIGN CREATIVES - LEARNING AND FOLLOWING THE TRENDS **TASKS & ACTIVITIES** 1. SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS & VIDEOS - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Plans concepts by studying information and materials. - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. - Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Send completed designs for proofreading to the creative writer - Amend designs after feedback 2. OTHER DESIGN CREATIVES - Follow the design process ( 1 - 8) of "social media posts and videos " - After getting approval from the internal team, send the same across to the client for approval - Amend designs if there is any feedback - Develop illustrations, logos, Videos, U/I, and other designs using software, 3. LEARNING AND FOLLOWING THE TRENDS - Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **MEASUREMENT METRICS** - No. of creative posts and videos made - No. of ideas presented - Client satisfaction - On-time processes and delivery **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Morning shift Application Question(s): - what would be your expected salary? **Experience**: - Video Editing: 1 year (preferred) - Video Production: 1 year (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9500009789
