**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design captivating visual content for social media platforms, including but not limited to: graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels, ensuring that our visual content aligns with our brand's values and messaging.
- Create eye-catching and thumb-stopping designs that capture the essence of our campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices, incorporating them into your work to keep our content fresh and appealing.
- Adapt designs to suit different social media platforms, taking into consideration the unique requirements and formats of each channel.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that visual and written content harmonize effectively, enhancing the overall impact of our messaging.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation, suggesting new ideas and strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Monitor the performance of your designs and make data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and proficiency in various design tools.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and the visual techniques that drive engagement.
- Ability to think outside the box and propose unique design solutions that align with our brand and objectives.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Excellent writing skills to ensure that visual and written elements work seamlessly together.
- Quick learner with a passion for staying updated on design and social media trends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
- Flexibility to adapt designs to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with animation and video editing is a plus.
