**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Drive the creation of compelling video content from conception to execution, aligning with our brand's voice across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- **Video Production Mastery**:

- Command the full video production cycle, ensuring the seamless transformation of raw footage into polished, platform-optimized narratives.
- **Collaborative Creativity**:

- Partner with our team of researchers, writers, and designers to weave stories that capture the essence of our brand and the imagination of our audience.
- **Editing and Enhancement**:

- Leverage your editing expertise to deliver videos that reflect Tezda's innovative spirit, integrating motion graphics and other dynamic elements to engage viewers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational & Professional Background**:

- A degree in film production, digital media, or a related field, bolstered by a portfolio that showcases your expertise in video editing and content creation.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Command of cutting-edge video editing software and a comprehensive understanding of post-production workflows.
- **Visual Storytelling**:

- A natural storyteller with an eye for the visually compelling, able to distill complex narratives into engaging video content.
- **Detail-Oriented Creativity**:

- An unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to aesthetic excellence.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- A team player who can both lead and collaborate, providing and receiving feedback with grace and a focus on collective excellence.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with audio production, sound design, and an ear for the subtle nuances that complete the viewer's experience.
- Adept at color grading to bring out the full vibrancy and emotional palette of our content.
- Comfortable behind the camera, capturing the visual raw material needed to tell our stories.

**Please Note**:

- This role is remote, with expectations to engage with a team working within the UK Time Zone (9am to 6pm).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- A monthly basic salary of 37500 INR (equivalent to $450 USD).
- Potential for stock options after a qualifying period, valued at up to $100 USD.
- Performance-related bonuses ranging from $50 to $200 USD following the probationary period.
