Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics content for various projects. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, animators, and video editors, to deliver high-quality motion graphics that enhance our brand identity and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos, social media content, and more.

Create storyboards, sketches, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Design and animate visual elements, typography, and graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

Work closely with the creative team to ensure motion graphics align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.

Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring visual consistency and coherence.

Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design to continually improve skills and stay ahead of industry standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of visual content produced by the team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure project requirements are met.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.

Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual design concepts.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of motion graphics design.

Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired results.

Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques is a plus.

Experience with 3D modeling and animation is desirable but not required.

**Salary**: ₹8,766.62 - ₹40,000.00 per month
