Have significant experience in the design, delivery and sourcing of HSE training
- Preparation of the projects HSE Management documents, HSE Management Plan, HSE Policies, Work Procedures, Permit to work systems, S.O.P, Safe Working Instructions, Risk Assessment, JSEA, HAZID, HAZOP, Environmental Impact Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, HSE Trainings, Project HSE Risk Register, Plant & Equipment Checklist, Emergency Response Plan and Procedures, Project HSE Induction, Toolbox Talks, Pre-Task Talks, HSE Awareness Campaigns, HSE Audits, Disaster Management etc.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental procedures, standards, and processes into the planning and execution of the work.
- Disseminate and record HSE information and experience
- Liaison with Statutory bodies and authorities in activities like testing of Lifting Equipment etc.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning principles and compliance with standards & regulations.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels, be passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success.
- Environment, Field safety, Health/Hygiene, Training section, Emergency coordination section, Security Section, Accident/near miss investigation Equipment and Scaffold.
- Coordinate and conduct Health, Safety and Environmental audits and inspections in order to identify and assist in correcting unsafe and unhealthy work conditions or practices.
- Develop and implement process for supervisor safety training. Evaluate the effectiveness of loss control programs and implements corrective action.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
